I have not received an answer to my question yet, despite failed phone calls and emails to you. I simply want to change my payment date closer to the first of the month.
I would hate to run out of money by the time it's Starlink's time to be paid. Can I please have an answer?

What has happened is absolutely nothing. I've not heard a word from them. I'm no longer considering Starlink after their lack of availability to potential customers, and after reading an article in "PC Magazine."

Slow or no response to request for help
No response to request for help. Still cant login, response is cant find email.
Spoke woth customer service rep and he said to open a service ticket. I did that but still no response.

Do not buy anything from Star Link! There is zero, and I mean zero, customer support.
I bought a mini for our vehicle and can't connect to the dish to complete the setup. I submitted a ticket and just got AI responses.
There is physically no human to talk to, to help repair or exchange the product. Now, I'm stuck with a $600 door stop.

All my words, I swear, God is real.
I bought Starlink from a third party. I checked the kit number before they sent it to me.
They shipped my Starlink unit. I received it from cargo, only to find that it already had an existing account. The supplier did not respond to me, until now.
I went to the cargo and there was no conflict with my unit.
I paid for it using my salary of 14 months. I know about Starlink and hope they understand me and give me a good opportunity to use the Starlink kit and to enjoy their great company.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Went through a very complicated web experience only to discover that the issue was their inability to process a payment despite having done so the prior two months.
I received no advanced notice that there was an issue until they paused my service.
I changed the card on file and the payment went through. I did receive a call later in the day apologizing for the piss-poor service - -and negotiated a free month of service.
An agent called me two hours after I spent nearly one hour trying to navigate their very opaque website. At the end, I was credited for one month of service free of charge.

Wanted money to tell me how to fix the issue. Im not paying 199.99 for a 6 month tech support just to fix something Im trying to pay service for.
