Verified ReviewerTo give new debit card number for my payment. They have not been able to pull up my email addresst
They cannot pull up my account number by my email address, nor by my number. I cannot pull up my Starlink account number.
I have to give them my new debit card number to be able to pay my bill. I can't get a person to help with that issue.
User's recommendation: Right now based on customer service I would not recommend it. My StarLink service is fine. The customer service is hirrible
VERY POOR Customer Support
starlink roam worked great for about 9 months.
Now it keeps cutting out. Router gets hot.
Antenna top panel is curling up at the corner (warped) probably wet inside.
No help from customer support.

service outage report when calling support. was not able to contact support due to high volume of calls.
frustrated because i replaced a ups at the same time and the system did not come back up because it couldn't find a satellite. no success contacting support but was relieved after reading on the internet of outage

We trust this email finds you safe and well.
We called customer service today and were informed that we would get a call back, but no one has called.
We had changed the plan to 50 GB but were still charged for the unlimited. We also called the bank to inform them to pause the payment for the unlimited that is still pending at their end. We look forward to a resolution of the same.

Horrible customer support
Absolutely no way to talk to a service or customer rep. Would have reconsidered this company had I known that. On line chat option is a joke.

Resolved: Starlink internet service down
No apology, they just fixed the outage problem and that was fine with me. I tried to contact the company, but was not able to because I needed to go online and my service was down. The company took care of the problem as quickly as they could and I gained access to the internet within a couple of hours.
Here is another phone number to contact me 970-946-****. My starlink internet service is down, over 2 hours now.
Please call me to let me know what the issue is from your end or what I can do.

Back in April, I lost my phone with all my data on it. I also had to go on the road for three months.
I tried to contact you to turn off my service for that time and thought my email got through. Anyway, I'm back now. I didn't use the service from the middle of April till now and believe I should not have been charged for those three and a half months.
Therefore, I would really appreciate having the next three months' service since I have paid for it in advance. Thank you.
- Great coverage you get a signal almost anywhere
- And the equipment is reliable and high quality
- Are a little impersonal and and seem disconnected from their customers also there is not a lot of options on the site
Preferred solution: The three and a half months of service I paid for but did not use. I'm old on SSI and don't have a lot of money. Also I really need the Internet now!

Paid balance on my account, states my service will be restored within 15 minutes to an hour. Its now 28 hours later, still no service, no replies back from the customer support tickets, you cant speak to anyone.
Starlinks customer support team is AWFUL!
For a million dollar company Id expect better. Technology cant fix everything, but they think their chatbot can.

I have no signal; the system is completely dead. Power is on, but no Wi-Fi. It only shows an outage in my area.
