I tried calling and emailing multiple times over the last week and a half. Never get a response back I'm trying to order the hardware and service, and have a promotion, however I can't talk to anybody and when I try to order the full price comes up. I'm trying to give you guys money not only for the hardware but every month for service! I'd really appreciate it if somebody could call me back or email me.

I'm a customer in Australia,who has spent $450 to get started with starlink.then payed $139 For the first month. I realised that I didn't have any location on my property that would give reception.so with in 3 days of activation.i tried to cancel my subscription.now 50 days later Still no luck. Awful customer service

We set up our Starlink system summer 2023. Everything was perfect until yesterday morning.

Out of nowhere, the internet just stopped working. We proceeded with every troubleshooting step as per the Support menu. Even went on the roof to check the equipment. The communication between the panel and the router seems to be the issue (the router light is on), according to everything weve tried.

I sent all this info, and more, including pictures, and this was the response:

Starlink Support

There was an unexpected error and we can't send this to Starlink support right now.

Please check your device's internet connection and try again.

There are no words apparently yesterday a ticket was created, but no response from Starlink since.

Starlink customer service is a complete disappointment. Its unacceptable.

My equipment that cost me over $653.00 was delivered damaged and it is impossible to talk to someone to get it replaced. No phone numbers listed, no response from customer service using their app. Getting irritated very fast.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Support walked me through getting it up and going over the phone.

Next big step is to try to cancel the account I paid on but the dish was not associated with. I’m a little gushy now but hoping for the best.

My account is paid in full and they shutdown my service anyway. After their Support assured me there was no problem. This is not the first time Ive had issues on the billing and I only installed in November. It cost me a lot of money to get this installed and Im starting to regret it.

Good morning, I have had Starilnk for several months now with no problems. Monday the router just stopped working. There is no power to the router and I have tried rebooting and resetting to factor conditions numerous times with no luck. The app says disconnected. I have submitted several tickets with no response. This internet supports my heating and air and my solar back-up battery and right now I have neither. Please respond to my emails and tickets or direct me to someone who can help me.
