Change of plan

Dear Sir/Madam,

We trust this email finds you safe and well.

We called customer service today and were informed that we would get a call back, but no one has called.

We had changed the plan to 50 GB but were still charged for the unlimited. We also called the bank to inform them to pause the payment for the unlimited that is still pending at their end. We look forward to a resolution of the same.

Poor customer service. No active telephone number to talk with technical support. Starlink ticket system in general provides automated response - does not address specific issue of the customer.

Absolutely no way to talk to a service or customer rep. Would have reconsidered this company had I known that. On line chat option is a joke.

Resolved: Starlink internet service down

No apology, they just fixed the outage problem and that was fine with me. I tried to contact the company, but was not able to because I needed to go online and my service was down. The company took care of the problem as quickly as they could and I gained access to the internet within a couple of hours.

Lost phone

Back in April, I lost my phone with all my data on it. I also had to go on the road for three months.

I tried to contact you to turn off my service for that time and thought my email got through. Anyway, I'm back now. I didn't use the service from the middle of April till now and believe I should not have been charged for those three and a half months.

Therefore, I would really appreciate having the next three months' service since I have paid for it in advance. Thank you.

  • And the equipment is reliable and high quality
  • Great coverage you get a signal almost anywhere
Cons:
  • Are a little impersonal and and seem disconnected from their customers also there is not a lot of options on the site

Preferred solution: The three and a half months of service I paid for but did not use. I'm old on SSI and don't have a lot of money. Also I really need the Internet now!

Paid bill, service still not activated

Paid balance on my account, states my service will be restored within 15 minutes to an hour. Its now 28 hours later, still no service, no replies back from the customer support tickets, you cant speak to anyone.

Starlinks customer support team is AWFUL!

For a million dollar company Id expect better. Technology cant fix everything, but they think their chatbot can.

Outage

I have no signal; the system is completely dead. Power is on, but no Wi-Fi. It only shows an outage in my area.

Locked out of my account

When it works its good but when its down its probably the worst customer relations experience I ever had meaning no contact whatsoever. How can Starlink fly rockets but can even run an internet service.

Anything these days is all about customer service because nothing works like it used to. I would definitely not have used this product and company if it wasnt because I have no alternative internet connection

Urgent - wrongly suspending my service

I was given 2 months free service because Starlink messed up on the billing. A representative called me and I asked him over and over when will I owe a bill.

The gentleman said I would not be responsible for paying a bill until July 13th, 2025. But the past 2 weeks I have been bombarded with billing and payment attempts.

Now I received a notice in 1 day it will be suspended my Starlink service. What is going on.

Poor service

Dear Starlink Support,

Thank you for your follow-up and the 125-pound router credit, two 75-pound credits (200 pounds total), and removal of my Gen 2 dish from billing. I'd like to clarify the issues experienced: your system sold me a Gen 3 router incompatible with my Gen 2 dish, causing months of service disruptions. From March to June, only automated responses addressed my tickets until June 28th. During this period, service cutoffs left me unable to contact my carer during two heart-related emergencies requiring ambulance visits (ECG evidence available). These credits, applied to my account, don't fully address the inconvenience and isolation caused. I'm sharing this to reflect what your company's actions have led to for a customer. Is this resolution considered fair by Starlink? Please advise.
