Resolved: Equipment delivery

DHL Parcel UK has failed to deliver my Starlink package for two days and has lied about the reason, claiming they are unable to access my address. SpaceX/Starlink did a great job with my original support request but has been badly let down by DHL Parcel UK.

User's recommendation: Starlink Support are really good so I recommend customers complain about the chosen delivery partner and get SpaceX to pick someone else

I have increased the rating that I initially gave for Starlink because I finally communicated with someone who I THINK is resolving the issue with my router. I have sent the defective router back and there is supposed to be a replacement router delivered in the next week or two.

User's recommendation: If there is another router that can be used besides the Starlink router that would be nice to know. Maybe one that could be ordered from Amazon?

I been a costumer for over a year paying my monthly fees for Starlink and really like the service but it was boring when my Starlink satellite start to act up not being able to get power even when connected to power. So I was wondering if I can get a new Starlink kit and return my broken one back.

I had ordered a Starlink setup as well as an Ethernet adapter, however, only the Starlink arrived. After contacting you, as finding some way to contact Starlink for the missing piece was very difficult, the missing item has shown up. Thank you for the help.

When I received the internet the stand on the satellite part that goes outside was lose and the app on my phone said it was out of alignment so when I went to move it the stand busted of the back now we can not use the internet because it has no stand on it to keep the satellite upright for it to work properly.

Had nothing but problems. Down couple weeks.

Replaced parts, still down. Communitations is horrible. If U could speak to a person it would be so much better.

Have done everything they said over and over, no luck. It is not rocket science to hook up.

Expensive but the reception is much better then HN as J had before. It worked pretty well most of the time. Occasionally it spinned. My big complaint as others is the inability to get in touch with

I didn't have service for 3 Mos. I did all the things I was suppose to do but could not get the ticket thing to work. I called a local business that sold Starlink and after much tadoo was given a nother contact resource and put in a complaint on line. I never heard from Anybody for 3 mos.

And I sent messages to stop billing us for lack of service but no response. My 79 yr. Old husband had to climb up on roof 3 times to take pictures which was scarey and the trying to send them was a bummer. The 3rd time I guess they were received.

Finally Someone contacted me and asked us to do everything again and to take pics of the cable again. THEN...they took action and sent us a free cable which I appreciated and service was started again. I never heard from billing. The service has been working most all the time with an occasional rare spin.

I thought it would be a good service because of Elon. He needs to be aware of the problems so he can fix the system.

Can't get a person on a Saturday to help resolve an account issue. Trying to change the account password to change the service location.

The website is no help. It doesn't respond to password changes.

Hire people in customer service who work on weekends. Publish their phone number on your website.

Customer service is the worst have been involved with. No way to reach a real person and when you think you are there, you simply get a toll free number that does not allow you to talk to anyone. I still dont have answers to my question, which should be very simple.
