Hughes net is just simply not cutting it, my calls on my landline drop, my Wi-Fi goes out (which I can’t have happen because I also have no cell service) and I get zero connection during rain or snowstorms. My question is will Starlink provide overall better coverage including but not limited to speed, and weather conditions than a service such as Hughes net?

When i set up my dish, it pointed north, now its pointed south.

I friend of mine ordered a Starlink but used or accidentally used different email, luckily my device came but having hard time connecting to &or creating an account to activate our services to Starlink. How can we correct the email to continue connecting the Starlink connection?

Starlink works great, but for affordability it is not. Compared to NRTCO which is fiber optic this is much cheaper. Even bell and rogers are cheaper. I had Starlink and put it on pause for six months and went with NRTCO. Until they bring their prices down for Canada, I will not be going back to it.
We have 5 smart tvs, 4 Xbox X’s connected to ours and we have the highest speed available and it runs great. We bought a new house moved and our Starlink didn’t work they sent out a whole new kit. Just have to send yours back. I recommend using router boosters if you have a 2-3 story home. Our router is on main level basement needs a booster however upstairs gets internet just fine. I will never go back. My name is Parker from Kansas. I hope this helps.
I love my Starlink. I can surf on my computer, watch a movie on my smart TV, play an online game on my iPad, and download a movie to my phone all at the same time and never slow down on any of my devices. I would recommend it.
If your Starlink system goes down, there is no customer service representative to talk to. All communications regarding Starlink problems are through emails. If your emailing is through your Starlink internet connection, you have a problem. Even with our email communication, it took over one week to have our hardware replaced, i.e., it was a hardware issue. We were so frustrated that we had our old cable provider reconnect to our home and swore off Starlink until something very fundamental changed in terms of customer service support.
It is worth changing over to starlink!!!
I can't speak to its value in the city, but as a rural user, I can vouch for it's effectiveness. We were left with very few options and none delivered much more than dial up quality. We had only one issue our first year that was caused by an update. Customer service was not easy to navigate, but eventually we received an entirely new unit and were comped a month of service. Thus far, this is the most reliable and fast internet we've had by far. There are no dips or glitches and, as my teenager informed me, very low ping. We are very impressed and hope to continue using Starlink for many more years.
