I've been attempting to get a credit of $49.00 for a 12-volt car cord that I can't use and don't want. I received an email from Vanessa requesting the credit.

Shortly after that email, my account was disabled for so-called suspicious activity. I would call it payback from Starlink. Of course, you can't talk to a human, just AI. It's been 2 days since they screwed me, and to make things worse, they charged me $50.00 for December service for a system I can't use.

This is a really poorly run company. No customer service at all.

It's impossible to speak to someone. It's been over 2 weeks.

Never have been able to responce from my emails or phone calls. It's just a Black Hole.

No one will response to my complaint.
I'm really sorry I got involved with this company. Pissed Poor customer service.

Refund on double payments one day apart

I was charged 2 times to activate and pay for my subscription I want my refund for the second payment and I wasnt even notified and this happens every month

It has been over five months, multiple phone calls, multiple long waits to talk to supervisors, multiple promises that someone will get back to me to schedule installation, and once someone finally got scheduled through DSI, they left open holes in my walls and didn't even check connectivity, which I still do not have. I have purchased new equipment, which still sits on my shelf like oversized paperweights.

Complete incompetence is the only way I can describe their customer service. It's a shame that such a good product has zero support.

I could go on and on about what a horrible experience I have had, and I would suggest to anyone who is considering using Starlink, NOT TO, unless you plan on installing and troubleshooting it yourself. I can honestly say that I have never before worked with such incapable and incompetent individuals.

If you are unhappy with your experience thus far and do not wish to retain your new Starlink kit, please note that you would need to initiate a return (if you wish to receive a refund for what you have paid on your new Starlink kit so far) by August 1st at latest.
