they need live people that you can speak with. There customer service is terrible.

I had to search the web to find a phone number I could call. Then when I called I couldnt get through because my phone would not enable the speaker option. I emailed them and never got a reply.

Now I cant use starlink because theres no wifi where im going to set up and Im out of time. Starlink was a waste of money.

I wanted to pause my roam account. It would not recognize my password or phone number and renewing the password was a pain.

When I went to pause the roam account it was unclear whether I had cancelled it or paused it. I like the internet service but the support sucks.

Been using this for the past two years, and as of today their poor team cannot respond to my ticket, as they mentioned it is the only way to contact them. Currently, with no internet, kids can't do homework, nor can I work from home.

Poor communication and poor customer service team who can't help, not respond other than automatic responses. Elon, you need a team to run this.
