They are rip offs. They have charged me over 1900 and still can’t activate or even log in

I have been charged over 1900 in two days I cant contact anyone or log in or contact anyone to resolve issues. Its gotten to the point where I have cancelled my card and contacted my bank and reported fraudulent activities

Connectivity but no service - customer service/trouble shooting

Plugged in per instructions. No obstructions in sky, strong signal, computer says connected, but no wifi.

Rebooted several times, reset factory settings, still no service. Went online for support, system says support not available. No human to speak with and no way to fix problem.

After 2 hours, ready to ship back but can't even see where I can do that. Terrible customer service interface.

Starlink Customer service has been non-existent so far. Noticed no connection Thursday evening after work. Have made every attempt I could find to contact a customer service of any kind. All I found was canned things to check on their link. With no internet how the *** is one supposed to contact them. I had another provider when I signed up a few months ago. I've since cancelled them. I'm using my work internet right now. THEY NEED A PHONE NUMBER TO CALL WHEN SERVICE IS LOST!

I've been trying to contact a representative at Starlink for weeks now, and still haven't been able to talk to someone. That is a business that really has terrible customer service and I am upset about becoming involved with a business I can't communicate with.
Pissed consumer thinks they have resolved this but it has not at all resolved this.

I had the starlink package with the correct address on it but it was not left at my address it was left at 141 state route 233 patriot ohio I did receive the picture of the package yesterday and I got it late because I don't get service on my phone good but my husband went down to where fedex left my package and they said it was there but they didn't mess with it it mysteriously disappeared so I'm out of my package I don't have it don't know what to do I used my credit card to pay for it if I could have another package sent to me that does require a signature and pictures I would be very grateful
