I purchased all the necessary equipment to begin using the Starlink service. However, my service has not been activated yet, despite making the payment.
Customer service has not been helpful, even after 10 emails and one phone call. Up till now, no service plan has been activated for my account.
I am unable to find a contact number to communicate with anyone directly. I received one phone call, and I thought that Muhammed had resolved my issue, but he did not.

Verified ReviewerI want my money back that was taking out on the 16th. We're paying 140.00 dollars a month and haven't had any service since the 15th and I have not been able to do business on this cell .
I've already cancelled your internet services. I need my money back for this last payment of $140.00. I haven't been able to get any help, and there are no lights coming on the router.

I have not talked to anyone yet to resolve this matter it's very upsetting I'm very disappointed in it won't be dealing with this company anymore if it don't get resolved soon I needed the internet for my kids to help with school and this happened I have tried to call someone for help from the delivery company and no help there

I phoned, unfortunately I couldn't get hold of a human, however I would want to speak to someone, more specifically be able to communicate via telephone and then be directed to the correct department or person and to be able to speak to them / send them an email.

Is this a business? Nobody answers the phone.
Someone should receive phones from customers and respond to their needs or at list talk to us.
I want answers to the issues going on with star link kit purchased with wrong account, purchase was supposed to be residence and not business.
Also there is no internet to connect. Someone should call back with solutions to this.

Hi, can we bring Starlink to South America? we have a regular Starlink equipment want to use in South America.
Pras somebody said only the mini Starlink can be used in the south America .

Constantly buffering
No matter what I do I can't get rid of buffering. I have the gen 3 system. For the money I payed I did not want to deal with constant buffering.

I have a big problem and I can no longer log in, I have moved and am renovating and so I have not used Starlink for internet for some time and now I have installed it and I can no longer log in, my email address and password has been entered correctly, but I no longer have my email address from my Starlink login and also my telephone number because to check they send a code to email or via text message, but if I no longer have both of them then this will not work, my old email address is noel@***.com and the new one is noelcardon01@***.com, my old mobile number is +32 4** ** ** ** and the new one is +34 6** ** ** **, I should have changed this which is correct and which was also going to do but if If you are working on a major move, you don't think about this. They ask you to register for help and support, which is not possible, so I hope to get it right this way, so I cannot enter my contract number. Hopefully resolved quickly.

We purchased the equipment where we were told that we can get residential service where we are at, and it will not come up on our setup. We are not a business.
We are residential. We are sitting here with a product that's not going to work.

Follow directions carefully, I didn't. It pissed me off, then I learned I can use GPS.
It was working in less than 15 minutes! Still wish they had a sapien based call center...

Almost impossible to get customer help
I put the wrong email in when setting up my account & now Im locked out of my account & cant renew my subscription, I would like to renew my subscription & change the email to the correct one

I am now 4 days into a chat with technical support issue because my router stopped working after one month. Nobody is responding to me.
They clearly dont care about their customers.
Total rubbish. In addition, accessories are insanely expensive.
