Starlink - Issues with my service

I received my Starlink and was all excited to get my internet service hooked up, and after the hardware set up I contect the Starlink to my network and it said no internet connection. I have been trying to find a way to speak with Customer Service for over an hour to get this resolved and only found a Service Ticket window where I filed a Service Request to have someone call me ASAP and nothing.

I received an email that my ticket was submitted but I have not received any contact from any person and I have been waiting for over an hour since the Customer Service Ticket was submitted.

What do I do? And how to I get this Damn thing to Work!?

My internet has been throttled back want to know way? And I have left alot of messages and I get nothing back I was hoping starling would be the answer to my prayers on having a dependable internet because I live way out in the country and you don't have much to choose from when it comes to the internet starlink probably would be better if it had a customer service that you could call and get stuff fixed. Guess I was just wishful thinking.

Stand broke on satellite

The stand to the satellite broke and now it will not align. Can this be replaced? We had strong winds here so I dont know if that was the reason this happened. We just received the starlink on February 20, 2024 and its already broke on February 26, 2024. I was excited to receive this equipment and we havent even got to enjoy it!

I was sent an email saying my account has been disabled due to unusual activity. I have no clue as to what it was referring to and had never got a previous notice in any form. While my account was active i was the only person to connect to the internet, and only used it for online gaming, and streaming movies/TV. I would like to know what happened

A kit number

first of all I'm not pissed, at least not at Starlink. So I bought my Starlink at West Marine in December 2023 and I have been slowly plugging away at installing it on my small boat.

Last week I finally got all the wires routed and the dish installed and the only thing left to do was to plug it in then program the app on my phone.

At that time I realized I was missing one very important part of the puzzle, I had discarded all the packing and unused parts of the kit and there was no where left for me to obtain the kit number.

I still have the credit card receipt and the store copy of the sales order with the Model #2089**** and mfg # 0253****. Would those numbers be the Kit Number?

My husband died suddenly Feb 6. I need to transfer to me so I can reset the system. I am just a grieving widow and it's hard for me to type because my hands shakes since Jack died. That's why I tried to call for customer service. The number posted on Google sends you to a Suburu dealership. Otherwise this company has been great, so this shocked me that customer service wasn't on same par.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement.

I contacted tech support to inform them that after things were going great for a couple of weeks, I started having download speed issues. They immediately closed the ticket because I use a 3rd party router; no investigation, no questions, no nothing.
While they were busy ignoring my support request I took a look at the statistics in the Starlink app.

The statistics showed dozens of connection and satellite errors; dozens of errors their support would have known about if they took 2 seconds to look. I replied to reopen the ticket, provided a screenshot of the errors, and demanded to hear from a supervisor. However because I used the word "inept", Tasos closed the ticket for using hate speech.
This is exactly the service and support the world is tired of. Immediately blaming someone or something else so they don't have to deal with the issue is the lazy, and yes inept, people working for these companies.

Worse is the fact that the companies allow and even encourage this type of behavior.

While I would have immediately terminated Tasos if this is how he represented my company, I'd be willing to bet they gave me a hug and a save space.
I had 1 day left of the evaluation period so I've cancelled Starlink. A product is only as good as the company behind it - the company behind is immature at best.
