Being charged 3 payments for one month. This happened last month also. Please help us by only giving us one $120 payment a month.

- Being double charged for monthly service and having to pay a 249 dollar activation fee 8 months after you had service
Preferred solution: I would like to get our $240 of our credit card back on our credit card for Discover account.

Canceled service
Canceled service due to customer service that sucks. Can never get a hold of anybody in customer service. Either wrong numbers disconnected numbers or they answer and hang up.
User's recommendation: Recommend a dedicated 800 number just for customer service without jumping through a bunch of hoops.

I have been trying to reach someone to help take my account off READ ONLY mode so I can update my payment method but as of today still unsuccessful. Not happy with their customer service.

Was charged for star length $80.00. It was never hooked up.
The box was sent back unopened.
Contact me about how I get my money back. I was told they would install it; however, there was never an appointment to do it.

You need it to where a person can speak with a person easier than you have it setup now. Your system SUCKS.
Have not received my equipment after canceling three installation appointments. Would like to know how to trace my equipment. Never received an email.

My card was unauthorized for a payment outside my household on Dec 4th, 2025. My bank reversed it during the investigation; however, they took back the payment, stating it was used properly. I never authorized it.

I received an email, but can't do anything with it because I still can't sign in, and now they just suspended my account when I've been trying and trying to pay.

Unable to get the issue resolved. Don't appreciate getting the runaround and being transferred to where you aren't able to talk to anybody, and don't like being hung up on. Somebody needs to return my call ASAP.
