I wouldn't use this internet if my life depended on it.
CRAP!! I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy.
I have tried to get a return label for my cancelation. I've gotten the same vulgar guy every time.
I asked him for a number to call and he said,"Look it up on *** google." Then hung up on me 6 times.
This is inappropriate behavior and Starlink needs to check phone recordings. I want a return label and a refund of $120.00.

I am very upset about the price going up for original customers like me who have already had two price hikes and had to pay $750 plus tax to purchase equipment, while new customers get new, better equipment for much less. If you are going to keep raising my price, how about you give me the better, faster hardware as well?
User's recommendation: Starlink is fast and if you are rural really your only option but if you can fiber-optic is much faster and less expensive

I have been told someone was going to call me back 3 times. I have not heard back yet.
I wanted to cancel my order days before it was shipped, but I never received a call like I was told, and now the order has been shipped. I don't want it; I guess I'll just refuse delivery.

- I was assured the $50/month price would not rise.
- I received a $5 price increase after 5 months and a friend canceled service after hearing this.
Before I sighned up I specifically asked if the $50 a month price would increase. I was told no!
Now only 5 months in I get an email saying its going up $5. I guess all of starlinks employees are taught to lie to customers.
I was going to help a friend install starlink today but after I told her about this she cancelled her service. She was also told the price would not increase.
Delayed shipping
- Ordered Apr 23; promised Apr 29–May 4 delivery, but nothing arrived.
- Automated says it shipped; equipment not received and no ETA.
We ordered our starlink equipment on April 23rd and after they told us it would be here between the 29th and May 4th we canceled our existing service. Now it is the 15th more than 3 weeks later and we have received nothing.
It shows our equipment is delayed and I have yet to get an answer as to why. Automated service just tells me I'll receive a phone call that told me our equipment had shipped which it has not. They have turned it over to the shipping department and they we're supposed to call back but we've yet to receive a call. We just want to know when our equipment's going to get here and we can stop doing without service.
I have searched our area for waiting list or delays and there are none according to the local address I entered. We are at a loss as to what to do next and definitely at their mercy.

I got my equipment yesterday, and I can't afford to pay the $120 until the first of next month, so I don't know what to do. I need to return things from y'all to be able to return the equipment.

- Couldnt downgrade to 5 per month standby.
- No one reachable for 2 months; ticket reopened and GROK filtered; Amex refunded money; Space Clowns handled.
Couldn't downgrade to the $5 per month standby. Couldn't get anyone on the line for 2 months.
The one ticket that was opened for the delivery was reopened constantly and updated, but never any other question or concern. They were just filtered by GROK and never reached a person. So I reported them as fraud to my American Express card. Gave them enough rope to defend and stick me with the charges.
Nope, Amex could not reach a real person either. Gave me my money back and is handling it with Space Clowns.

User's recommendation: Mobile hotspot beats starlink upload wise hands down anymore. Downloads were the same w/ a verizon Samsung Hotspot.

They are sending my equipment today to my old address. I already called about this to fix it and thought it was taken off.
I sold that house almost a year ago in June! Because it is already out for delivery, nothing can be changed.
[PERSON_NAME] told me to contact the shipper, and the shipper told me to contact Starlink. Isn't that typical?

I moved and need to talk to someone
I hate it when you cant talk to a human when you have a company you have to deal with . Why cant there be at least one person who can talk on the phone to a customer?

I made them aware of the wrong address well before the equipment shipped.
