I haven't received any confirmation that Starlink even received my message about my router. I plugged it in and it worked. Then, I unplugged it and plugged it back in, and now it won't come on.

My system went down today, showing disconnected. I submitted a ticket at 4:00 AM but received no response.

Around 10:00, I submitted another ticket since I could not see my emails without internet, and it didn't seem like the first one went through.

I called every number listed on the web to no avail. They sent an email stating I had two tickets open for the same issue and closed one out, but they did not respond to my needs.

You cannot get a hold of any customer service people, you cannot get a hold of anybody that knows anything at all about specifications. There's an advertisement for discounts for disabled people, senior citizens, veterans, but when you ask the sales person, they say no, they have nothing like that available at all and we cannot talk to anybody within customer service or the program itself until we purchase a kit. It's so wrong.

I didn't want to give even one star. There isn't a NO Star to select.

I returned the satellite within the 30-day FREE TRIAL period. I used the app, which indicated that the satellite would not work in the woods. Recently, I received an email charging me 633.88 for the equipment - I should not have been billed at all. It is impossible to contact Starlink.

I have spent over ten hours across a few days trying. I have proof that I returned it, which is shown under ORDER STATUS. I HATE YOUR APP. It's like looking for a needle in an invisible haystack.

The customer service is worthless. There is no way to call, email, or message except through ticket creation. I did that, but never heard back. This situation is terrible.

You can put a satellite in space but can't communicate with your customers. Run, don't walk, away from this company. You've been warned.

Enter at your own risk. This is just my opinion, make up your own mind...

Wifi Connected but no internet

It took days for customer service to get back to me

I was locked out of my account and had to update my payment information. Internet was suspended.

It took 4 days for someone to call me back to get into my account. I could not do it through their app which is what they prefer. When they finally called they were courteous and got me back into my account so I could update my payment.

The original problem was that I was unable to receive the password rest on my icloud email account for some reason. Starlink did not recognize my email and when they did AI sent a password reset to my email which I could never retrieve thus the need to speak to a person at starling

I'm not getting starlink a bad rating. I'm giving this pissed customer.com whatever a bad rating.

Don't call this number because it's not even anything to do with starlink. They tried to tell us that our account had expired because the credit card it was hooked up to was expired. Wrong. Our account doesn't get paid off of a credit card it gets paid off of a bank account directly.

They also told us a technician would be out the next day and that they would call before they came. But before that they took my husband's credit card number.

It's all a scam. We are now monitoring his credit card because I'm pretty sure his information was stolen.
