Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Bought a new power supply on EBay. No help from Starlink.
I had a lightning strike, and Starlink is not working. I need either a new kit or a new power supply and modem. Please call me at 863-522-****.

They have zero customer service. No number to call.
Their ticketing system is AI-based and has incorrect answers.
They increase their bills without prior notice. Any other company would have closed down by now.

It looks like Starlink read my request and decided not to respond in any manner. I’m not sure that’s a good sign for any possible assistance should a person need it after purchase.I’m going to pass on purchasing from them I believe.
If I purchase, I'd rather have the stand/antenna that self locates the satellite, but I can't seem to find a way to purchase the system that does that, or a cost, etc.
I am not looking for the one where I can use it while traveling or the top end one as I don't want to permanently mount the antenna. Can direct me or help me find that information?
I'm also wondering about the feasibility and cost of additional antennas that I can leave at each home: whether that means purchasing separate kits or ?
The canned FAQ's don't give any chance to ask questions that aren't canned and oriented towards technical aspects and not purchase.
Any assistance or help you can give me would be very much appreciated.

1. I created a ticket through the Starlink app.
2. The phone number is just a voicemail, and I left two messages.
3. No response from Starlink.

Billing error caused the account to be disabled. They say it is resolved in 5 days due to the payment method, but it is day 8. Minus weekends, it is still day 6.

Starlink has re-shipped my order to be delivered today. The address that was on the package was incorrect. The address does not exist.

they need live people that you can speak with. There customer service is terrible.
I had to search the web to find a phone number I could call. Then when I called I couldnt get through because my phone would not enable the speaker option. I emailed them and never got a reply.
Now I cant use starlink because theres no wifi where im going to set up and Im out of time. Starlink was a waste of money.

Absolute rubbish
Purchased starlink mini followed prompts to activate it and I now have 3 kits on order with the original still purchase locked and unable to be activated. 24/7 support my *** 24 hours and no response at all. No ability to talk to a human being and fix the issue absolutely disgusting.
